Shivani Malhotra

Shivani Malhotra is an award-winning HR & Learning specialist with over 20 years of experience in senior HR roles across Indian and multinational companies. A BW 40 under 40 awardee, she has also received the HR Excellence Award 2020 and Women Achiever’s Award 2022 for her contributions to HR and women empowerment.

An MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD (SCMHRD, Pune), Shivani founded Positive Vibes Consulting in 2016, specializing in HR strategy, leadership development and organisation design. She has trained executives from Indian Oil, Aditya Birla, TATA Advanced Systems and KPMG, among others. Renowned as an HR thought leader, leadership coach and people strategy expert, Shivani’s dedication to excellence has positioned her as a trusted mentor, guiding professionals, teams and organizations to achieve sustainable growth and success.

SENIOR CORPORATE MENTOR

Devam Malhotra

Devam brings over 20 years of management consulting experience across diverse industries, including Retail, CPG/FMCG, Auto, Education, Government and Oil & Gas in India and the Middle East. His areas of expertise include strategy and business plan development, performance scorecards, business and organization transformation, process improvements, balanced scorecard development and business feasibility studies. He has worked with prominent clients such as PepsiCo, ITC, Nestle, Hyundai, M&M, Cycle Agarbathi, ICICI Prudential and Samsung. Devam’s last corporate consulting role was with PwC India, where he was part of the leadership team, focusing on front-office transformation for retail, consumer and auto sectors. He is currently building Zekardo Technologies while mentoring professionals and entrepreneurs through Positive Vibes Consulting. Devam is an engineer with an MBA from IIM Mumbai and enjoys sports, music and global travel.
